My career has been spent working in corporates doing what I love - helping people develop, grow and thrive. I’m get my energy from enabling people and teams have breakthroughs in how they operate.

I’m known for my warmth and empathy ( all credit to my Irish heritage), coupled with a freshening directness plus I’ve a steely core that helps you achieve the thing that’s most important to you and your team.

I build enduring relationships with senior leaders and chief people officers in both corporate and non-profit sector. I work with clients throughout the UK, Europe and globally.
